Tempe Mission Palms is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and support the Sous Chef in maintaining high-quality cuisine for guests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will supervise hourly cooks, assist with training and payroll oversight, and ensure timely production of consistent, quality dishes. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required as a full-time team member at our downtown Tempe property.

Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, basic cost control understanding, basic communication, leadership skills and computer skills. May assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime. Responsibilities include the supervising of hourly cooks.
