This full-time role requires basic kitchen operation knowledge, culinary education, cost awareness, and strong communication. It emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a careful approach to payroll and scheduling within Hyatt's dining

• Basic understanding of a kitchen operation.

• Ability to supervise hourly cooks and support Sous Chef in absence.
