Job summary

Tempe Mission Palms is seeking an intermediate line cook with good communication and culinary skills to join our hotel kitchen in downtown Tempe, AZ. Experience in hotel cooking and a culinary degree are preferred. You will work a single kitchen station and contribute to a fast-paced dining operation.

The role requires open availability and a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support hotel dining needs and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work PM Shifts, including weekends and holidays.

An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen.

Intermediate cooks must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
