Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health dept.
• Basic math skills and basic English written/verbal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, ensure food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple orders and ensure accurate, timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned, part-time or full-time.
