Responsibilities

• Understand and follow health codes and safety procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Follow Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, ensure food quality and proper portions.
• Prepare multiple orders at the cookline and serve accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness through daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
