Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members in Surprise, AZ. As a Kitchen Crew, you will support the back of house and help deliver high-quality food to customers.

Responsibilities include following health codes, stocking, food prep, portion control, cleaning, and ensuring timely service. We offer flexible part-time or full-time roles with benefits.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math and English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store through daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
