Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. As a Kitchen Crew, you will play a vital role in our back-of-house operations, preparing and portioning food, stocking inventory, and keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with health codes.

This hourly position offers $20.00 per hour with part-time or full-time options and opportunities for growth, benefits, and employee discounts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment across California and Arizona

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math and basic English written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation and stocking of inventory at the cookline.
• Ensure food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time employment.
