Job summary

Ultipro in Temple, GA is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team. The role focuses on providing guests with a positive dining experience, preparing quality food to standards, and keeping the restaurant clean and safe for all guests and employees.

Key responsibilities include following guest service guidelines to deliver SUPERSTAR service, working assigned stations, ensuring hot, quality products, handling food safely, following cash control guidelines, and communicating effectively

Qualifications

Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation to work.
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide Guests with SUPERSTAR service and positive experience.
Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively; clean and stock station areas.
Ensure Guests receive hot, quality products; prepare, package and deliver according to Menu Standards.
Handle all food products according to company procedures; follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
Follow cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; properly use products, supplies, equipment.
Demonstrate effective oral communication with internal and external contacts.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
