• Assists with inventory accuracy, records spoilage and transfers; reports discrepancies.
• Keeps the unit clean and organized, restocks supplies, and handles waste disposal.
• Communicates order needs with purchasing department and production teams.
• Trains culinary staff on food prep and production processes.
