Hajoca Corporation’s McDonald Supply in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Showroom Salesperson. You will provide expert product selection and design advice to showroom customers, while aiming to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals and delivering warm hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service or sales, knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will maintain displays, build relationships with vendors, and participate in safety

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Knowledge of showroom plumbing products preferred.
• Read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Able to upsell or cross-sell by understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals while delivering hospitality.
• Leverage showroom value proposition to engage customers and close sales.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, displays, and product knowledge.
• Build relationships with vendor partners and attend industry events.
• Complete safety and compliance training and process orders and bids.
• Use sales reports to meet targets and provide excellent customer service.
