• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to our showroom customers.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.
• Articulate the showroom value proposition to engage customers and show the value provided.
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the best products to address them.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet targets.
• Enter sales orders and bids and stay engaged with customers from start to finish of projects.
• Process showroom sale returns and refunds per policy.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Join industry associations and attend events to stay informed on trends and build relationships.
• Complete required safety and compliance training and perform related duties.
