We're seeking an experienced remodeling professional to sell kitchen and bath projects and manage them in the field, directing subcontractors, keeping schedules on track, and delivering top-quality results that meet our standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential remodeling experience, ideally in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades on active job sites.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction sequencing.
• Construction or remodeling sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to read plans and produce accurate estimates.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation across the Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen and bathroom remodels from contract signing to final walkthrough, including scheduling, budgets, materials, permits, and inspections.
• Hire, schedule, and supervise subcontractors including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tile setters, and cabinet installers.
• Visit job sites regularly to check quality, safety, and progress.
• Conduct in home consultations, take measurements, and present layouts using SketchUp or CAD.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and change orders, and negotiate pricing to close deals profitably.
• Track leads and client communication in our CRM and serve as the homeowner's main point of contact during construction.
