Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation projects from contract execution through final completion.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, installers, and deliveries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the construction phase.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-end kitchen and bath renovation projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with homeowners, designers, and contractors.

As a Kitchen & Bath Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of residential renovation projects. You will coordinate schedules, manage vendors and subcontractors, track progress, and serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal team during construction.
