DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is seeking a full-time Remodeling Sales & Design Consultant to guide homeowners through kitchen, bath, and interior remodeling projects from the first consultation through signed contract.

The role combines sales, design, and client relationship management, with team support in estimating, design assistance, purchasing, and production to keep the focus on the client and the contract.

Qualificações

• Experience in consultative sales, kitchen and bath design, remodeling, cabinetry, interior design, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable use of computers, CRM systems, and design tools.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective clients in the design center and in their homes.
• Understand goals, budget, timeline, and decision process.
• Determine project fit for DreamMaker.
• Develop initial concepts and direction.
• Guide clients through design and material selections.
• Present design retainers, proposals, and final contracts.
• Collaborate with estimating, design support, purchasing, and production.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-through throughout the process.
