Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or remodeling.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation team with training, direction, and feedback to ensure project success.
• Provide hands-on support and training to the team throughout projects.
• Serve as main client contact, updating on progress and timelines.
• Stay updated on products and services to advise team and customers.
• Conduct inspections to meet quality standards.
• Lead pre- and post-installation reviews to address issues and improve.
• Coordinate remodeling projects and service calls for timely delivery.
• Review completed files for accuracy after each project.
• Plan and schedule projects and service visits to meet deadlines.
• Document and report using MS Office; update CRM records.
• Assist with warehouse, deliveries, and field measurements.
