We're seeking an experienced remodeling professional to sell kitchen and bath projects and manage them in the field, directing subcontractors, keeping schedules on track, and delivering top-quality results that meet our standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential remodeling experience, ideally in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades on active job sites.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction sequencing.
• Construction or remodeling sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to read plans and produce accurate estimates.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation across the Boston area.

Compensation

$1,000 to $5,000 per week, based on experience and performance.
