The position offers year-round work, paid training, weekly deposits, and potential earnings up to $300,000 per year, with a flexible schedule to accommodate field tasks.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
