Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Installer to install home remodeling products and ensure customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes finish work, clear communication with homeowners and management, and respectful handling of client properties.

With opportunities including year-round work, paid training, and a high earning potential, candidates with remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience and an established LLC are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
