Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, seeks a 1099 Window Installer to install home remodeling products following Mad City's standards. You’ll apply finish work and communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.

Responsibilities include completing homeowner checklists and treating properties with utmost respect. 3+ years remodeling or carpentry experience and proper insurance are required, with a vehicle capable of hauling equipment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
