Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Bath Installer to perform installation of home remodeling products and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. Earn up to $300,000 annually with year-round work and paid training.

The role requires remodeling/construction experience, knowledge of residential showers, drains, valves, and proper insurance coverage. A crew of 2+ and own transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential walk-in showers and tubs with surround - stone panels (Kohler).
• Experience setting drains and installing valves.
• Must have an EIN with established LLC or Business.
• Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance.
• Preferred crew size is 2 or more.
• Preferred crew has their own enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
