Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking an installer contractor to join our national team. You will install home remodeling products per our standards, apply finish work, and communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction at project end.

This 1099 role offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, and flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have remodeling or carpentry experience, an established LLC, appropriate insurance, and strong communication with homeowners and crew.

Qualifications

• 3 years remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or business entity.
• Worker's compensation and liability insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
