Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Bath Installer (1099) to install home remodeling products per our standards. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, proper finish work, and respectful interaction with homeowners.

Earn up to $300K annually with year-round work, paid training, and a flexible schedule. Must have 3+ years in remodeling/construction and the necessary insured vehicle. Join a national brand with a strong support network.

Qualifications

3+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
Experience installing residential showers/tubs (acrylics & stone panels).
Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle able to pull a trailer.
Excellent communication and customer service skills for homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
