Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking skilled cabinet refacing professionals to install and finish remodeling projects. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, adherence to company standards, and strong client communication across residential projects.

The position is contractor-based with flexible scheduling and potential for high earnings, including bonuses and ongoing training. A valid vehicle and insurance are required to operate on job sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash.
• Established LLC or business running under EIN.
• General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Vehicle capable of pulling a trailer (cargo van/box truck/shuttle).

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
