Job summary

PA Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customer sales and provide product guidance. You will prepare quotes, share product dimensions, and assist outside sales representatives.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and developing relationships with customers while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• 20/20 experience is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing, vendor contacts, and support OSR team.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices and quotations.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, returns, price lists, and service requests.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; check pricing and availability.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, jobsites and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments; resolve billing issues.
