Cape Associates, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to design, sell, and order cabinetry for residential renovations.

You will manage multiple design projects, interact directly with homeowners, and coordinate with engineers, designers, and trades to deliver construction documents from schematic design to permit level. The ideal candidate has at least three years of kitchen and bath design experience, proficiency in 20/20, Mozaik, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office, and a strong

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, sell & order
• cabinetry projects Cultivate relationships to achieve high customer
• satisfaction & achieve sales goal set Take on multiple design projects
• at once from various project managers & Cape Associates clients Take
• projects from schematic design to permit level & construction documents
• Design work will range from millwork fabrication drawings to moderately
• sized residential renovations. Individual is responsible for all
• necessary field measurements & accuracy of such Communicate with

• employees, vendors, subcontractors, & any other people involved in the

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of three years\' experience within
• kitchen & bath design. Previous experience with leading cabinetry
• brands. Must have experience estimating projects. Excellent
• communication skills & ability to follow instructions. Ability to thrive
• in an energetic & fast paced environment. Positive attitude, willingness
• to work independently or as a team. Passion & appreciation for
• residential design field. Willingness to learn, detail orientated,
• self-motivated, organized. High level of customer service & client
• relations. Must be proficient in 20/20. Experience with Mozaik, AutoCAD,
• & SketchUp is preferred. Must be experienced in Microsoft Office: Word,
• Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. Must be proficient with virtual &/or
• in-person meetings.

Physical Requirements

This is largely a sitting role, however, some standing & movement is required. Walking, inspecting jobsites as needed, & occasionally access eaves, attics, crawlspaces, to collect the necessary as-built information. This includes the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, & bend/st&, as necessary.
