Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our West Chester showroom. You will meet clients on-site, take field measurements, and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design to curate tailored product solutions.

You’ll follow up on leads and quotes, participate in training, and staff the showroom daily, collaborating with remodelers and design professionals to deliver a world-class experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen design and sales experience strongly encouraged, but willing to train on kitchen design.

Your Experience & Skills

• Ability to provide high-end sales consultation and top-notch customer experience.
• 3+ years of kitchen design and sales experience strongly encouraged, but willing to train on kitchen design.
• Proficient in 2020 Design or similar design software / CAD
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Solid math and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude
