Job summary

Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our rapidly growing team. You will meet clients on-site, take field measurements, and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design to deliver top-tier results.

As a trusted design advisor, you will curate tailored product solutions, build relationships with remodelers and builders, and participate in ongoing training to elevate client experiences. A brand-new showroom and high-performance tools support your success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen design and sales experience strongly encouraged, but willing to train on kitchen design.
• Proficient in 2020 Design or similar design software / CAD.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.

• Construction experience preferred but not required
