Job summary
Modern Builders Supply, Inc. is seeking a design-oriented sales professional to own interior design projects from concept through completion.
You will qualify clients, determine design style, develop cabinetry and finish selections, prepare quotes and purchase orders, and ensure accurate designs and orders. You will build lasting client relationships, stay current with product knowledge, and collaborate with teams to deliver comprehensive design and remodeling solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of cabinet design experience
- Minimum 5 years of customer service and sales experience
Responsibilities
- Qualify client based on wants, needs and budget
- Discuss and identify client design style
- Create design solutions, plans, quotes and purchase orders
- Accurately check designs and orders
- Discuss product details and expectations
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide written/oral reports on customer needs and market activity
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge and market trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
