The successful candidate will meet with clients to understand their vision, design layouts, and manage the relationship from concept to completion. Ideal applicants will have experience in kitchen and bath design or construction sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with design software. This is a full-time, associate-level position.

Are you a creative, motivated design/sales professional with a passion for turning homes into dream spaces? We are working with a well‑established custom home builder launching a new Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Division, and are looking for a talented individual to help lead the way.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, style, and budget.
• Design kitchen and bath layouts that combine beauty, function, and value.
• Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and product selections.
• Manage client relationships from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with our construction and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in kitchen and bath design and/or construction sales.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and remodeling trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and close sales with confidence.
• Proficiency in design or estimating software (e.g., 2020 Design, Chief Architect, SketchUp, etc.) a plus.
