Qualifications

• Proven outside sales and client relationship experience in kitchen/bath/building materials.
• Experience mentoring sales/design teams and leading company-wide initiatives.
• Ability to interpret plans and use design software to create layouts.

Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales to contractors, builders, and design professionals.
• Lead and develop the sales and design team, meeting targets monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Coordinate design, pricing, and timelines with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee showroom displays and keep up-to-date with design trends.
• Represent the company at client meetings, job sites, and events.
