Job summary

Nation’s Best Holdings LLC in Berlin, NH, is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Caron Building Center team. We focus on relationships, customer service, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will build partnerships, execute the full design process, read blueprints, prepare bids and estimates, and support projects from consultations to final walk-through. High school diploma and 3+ years sales in building materials preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college in Project Design preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years sales experience in building materials or construction.
• Experience in Project Design, Project Design Sales, and Project Design Management.
• Experience creating take-offs and estimates preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at random times.
• Results-oriented with strong customer service and values alignment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to service.

Responsibilities

• Build new partnerships and support existing customers and contractors.
• Execute the design process including client consultations, site visits, and presenting/selling the project.
• Assist in pre-construction meetings and participate in final project walk-throughs with clients.
• Transcribe information into the system to order products and determine size/quantity.
• Maintain a pleasant, customer-service oriented image with customers.
• Read blueprints and prepare bids and material estimates from client/contractor blueprints.
• Perform additional duties as required.
