Cabinet IQ of Seacoast in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. You will meet clients on-site, take field measurements, and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.

This role requires 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience, a proactive, professional demeanor, and strong math/organizational skills. You will staff the showroom, follow up on leads, and build relationships with builders and designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software preferred but not required.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens/baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
