Job summary

Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer for our Greenville, KY location (Malone Home Center). The role focuses on client consultations, designing kitchen and bath spaces, and presenting proposals to customers.

You will build partnerships with customers and contractors, prepare bids, and ensure accurate orders from blueprints and measurements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in building materials sales, and experience with project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college in project design preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience in building materials or construction.
• Experience in project design, project design sales, and project design management.
• Experience creating take-offs and estimates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service orientation and flexible, multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Build new partnerships and support existing customers and contractors.
• Executes the design process, including client consultations, site visits, leading the client presentation and selling the project
• Assists in the pre-construction meeting and participates in final project walk through with client
• Transcribes all necessary information into system to order products, determine size and quantity, etc.
• Maintain a consistent, pleasant, customer service-oriented image to customers.
• Read blueprints.
• Prepare bids and material estimates from customer or contractor blueprints.
• Additional Duties as required.
