KASSA Kitchen and Bath is seeking a dynamic Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative and Designer to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while crafting innovative kitchen designs. This role blends sales acumen with design expertise and strong client interaction.

The position involves quoting, presenting layouts, coordinating with installation, and staying current on cabinet products and trends to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in kitchen/home improvement.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in CAD/20-20 Design/SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of kitchen cabinet products and design trends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Provide product information and advise on kitchen cabinet options.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Utilize design software to create layouts and designs per client specs.
• Present design proposals and adjust based on client feedback.
• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-aligned.
• Stay updated on kitchen design trends, materials and products.
• Understand features and benefits of different cabinet products.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
• Prepare quotes and sales documents; maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
