Job summary

Gerhard’s Kitchen, Bath & Lighting Store is seeking a creative, energetic sales and design professional to build relationships with customers and deliver a Gerhard’s brand design experience. You will drive contractor and retail showroom sales with a detailed eye and excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes following up quotes, developing repeat business, and maintaining a professional showroom environment while collaborating with leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• Sales/service experience preferred.
• Undergraduate/trade school/design education preferred or hands-on learning.
• Proficiency in 20-20, Pro Kitchen or Chief Architect is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including retail hours and occasional evening events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business system and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets set by Store Manager.
• Conduct daily follow-up on outstanding quotes.
• Develop repeat sales and new customer relationships.
• Provide outstanding service in a professional showroom environment.
• Process quotes and sales paperwork; coordinate with vendors and shippers.
• Maintain an organized showroom and assist with store maintenance as needed.
