Job summary

Reico Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Key Business Manager to partner with the company, oversee a client portfolio, and drive turnkey kitchen, bath, home office, and related room solutions. You will develop new business from existing clients and sell REICO products while meeting sales quotas.

The role involves up to 60% travel to connect with local builders, contractors, and property managers, coordinating with coordinators and designers to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• General / Outside Sales experience.
• Experience building & maintaining sales territory.
• Account management experience.
• Kitchen & Bath design and remodel experience.
• Ability to focus on tasks and put in extra effort when necessary.
• Positive attitude and team collaboration is a must.
• Proven time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business from existing clients and sell REICO products and services.
• Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and meet ambitious sales quotas.
• Spend up to 60% on the road driving sales with local builders, contractors, and property management companies.
