Job summary

Reico Kitchen & Bath is seeking an Inside Sales / Project Coordinator in Frederick, MD. You will support design/remodel projects, work with Designers to plan and quote preliminary designs, order materials, and process payments.

You’ll help drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and learn the business in a fast-paced showroom. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework a plus.
• 1–2 years of solid customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new construction and kitchen/bath interior design/remodel projects.
• Collaborate with Designers or Key Business Manager to coordinate tasks.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and quoting preliminary designs.
• Order materials, process customer payments, and drive sales.
• Create a positive customer experience and cultivate relationships.
