Job summary

Reico Kitchen & Bath is seeking an Inside Sales / Project Coordinator for our Springfield showroom. You will work with a Designer or Key Business Manager to support kitchen and bath interior design/remodeling projects, handling planning, scheduling, quoting, ordering materials, and processing customer payments while driving sales.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with commission opportunities and growth potential

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA/BA/BS a plus; higher education is beneficial.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Construction industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support new construction and kitchen/bath interior design/remodeling projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and quoting preliminary designs.

As Project Coordinator, you will be teamed up with a Designer or Key Business Manager to support new construction and kitchen and bath interior design/remodeling projects. Once contracts are signed, you will take the reins and be responsible for project planning, scheduling, quoting preliminary designs, ordering materials, processing customer payments, driving sales, and cultivating great customer experiences. You can expect to work in a fast-paced environment supporting existing customers and following leads all while earning commissions and learning the business. Ninety percent of our Sales Managers started their careers with REICO as a Project Coordinator.
