Reico Kitchen & Bath is seeking an Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support new construction and kitchen & bath design/remodeling projects in Charlotte, NC. You will work with a Designer or Key Business Manager to plan projects, quote designs, order materials, process payments, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes fast pace, teamwork, and customer focus, with base pay of $20 per hour plus commission and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA/BA/BS a plus.
• 1 - 2yrs of solid customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support new construction and kitchen & bath design/remodeling projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, quoting preliminary designs, ordering materials, processing customer payments, driving sales, and cultivating great customer experiences.
