Richelieu Hardware Ltd. seeks a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment across Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas. You will manage relationships and drive growth, acting as a trusted advisor with premium Richelieu solutions.

This role features consultative outside sales, CRM reporting, and independent territory development; strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Competitive salary with commissions and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Successful outside sales experience to Kitchen & Bath dealers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and develop accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify key dealer opportunities and drive sales growth in the territory.
• Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings with new and existing customers.
• Grow territory through new acquisitions and existing relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and stay updated on Richelieu products and market conditions.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting for the territory.
