Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Antioch, Tennessee is seeking a food prep team member to prepare a variety of menu items according to recipe cards, using kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean prep area. You will help deliver food and assist guests as needed, upholding Drury's hospitality standards.

Please note the role requires 18+ years old, ability to follow written and verbal directions in English, and the capacity to operate kitchen equipment and POS systems as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
• Ability to operate machines and equipment used in kitchen and bar areas, including POS systems and dishwashers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food products following recipe cards and using kitchen equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized prep area and delivers food to guests and colleagues as needed.
• Operates kitchen equipment and assists bartenders as required.

Maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while delivering food and assisting guests as needed.
