Hill & Bach Cellars in Boerne, TX seeks a dependable Kitchen Associate / Cook to join our team as we open a new winery experience. This full-time role focuses on executing the established menu during afternoon and evening service under the Chef/Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Must have or obtain a valid Food Handler Card.
• Ability to follow established recipes and cooking standards.
• Strong attention to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while taking direction from the Chef/Kitchen Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute the established menu during afternoon and evening service.
• Prepare and plate food according to established recipes and standards.

• Handle dishes and kitchen cleanup.
• Restock ingredients and supplies and complete additional prep as needed.

Hill & Bach Cellars is seeking a dependable and experienced Kitchen Associate / Cook to join our team as we prepare to open our new winery experience in Boerne. This is a full-time, hands-on kitchen role focused on executing the established menu during afternoon and evening service. The Kitchen Associate / Cook will work under the Chef / Kitchen Manager and will be responsible for preparing and plating food, maintaining food safety and sanitation, and keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly throughout service.

Position: Full-Time - Approximately 40 hours/week
Location: Boerne, TX
Schedule: Afternoons and evenings, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
Compensation: $20-$22/hour, depending on experience
