Qualifications

• Previous host, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Organized and able to keep track of guest flow and table availability.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to help with bussing, cleaning, and other hands-on tasks.

Hill & Bach Cellars is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Greeter / Host to join our team as we prepare to open our new winery experience in Boerne. This is a part-time, guest-facing support role focused on welcoming guests, managing the flow of customers, and helping keep the front-of-house clean and organized. The Greeter / Host will also assist with bussing, table resets, and other front-of-house duties as needed.
