Qualifications

• Education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Experience in kitchen or stewarding preferred.
• Food handlers’ license/certification may be obtained after employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook with meal ingredient prep (wash, clean, peel, cut).
• Clean and sanitize all food prep areas per hygiene standards.
• Wash and store cooking appliances, utensils and dishes.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and wipe walls.
• Assist with unloading delivered food supplies.
• Organize and store food supplies properly.
• Transfer ingredients from storage to kitchen as directed.
• Maintain a clean, labeled cooler.
• Perform weekly deep clean for sanitation.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• All other duties as assigned.
