Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils using a dishwasher or by hand.

• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen and work areas.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators; assist on the Cooks' Line.
• Prepare and portion foods for cooking or serving as needed.
• Handle cleaning and maintenance duties; report major repairs to management.
• Follow safety policies and wear protective equipment as required.
• Attendance is essential; report to work on schedule.
