Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing machine safely.
• Keep dishwashing areas and workstations clean and organized.
• Remove trash and manage waste areas.
• Assist with basic cleaning and food preparation as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Store clean dishes and supplies properly.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management for replenishment.
• Assist line cooks with degreasing ovens, fryers, grills, and hood.
