Sur La Table is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support chefs, engage guests, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. You will help execute classes, motivate guests, and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere in a fast-paced setting.

With a focus on customer experiences, you’ll stay current on product knowledge, assist with class setup and teardown, and help achieve revenue goals while complying with food safety and company policies.

• Stay current on products and training resources to support guests and classes.
• Lead a guest-focused culture on the kitchen and retail floor to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist chefs with class execution to drive repeat visits and positive feedback.
• Help meet class revenue goals through high enrollment and favorable reviews.
• Set up and breakdown of classes, prep ingredients, and keep workstations clean and organized.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and inventory control; handle liquor in accordance with regulations.
