Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years paid experience in kitchen appliance service and repair.
• Certificate from post-high school program may substitute for two years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects and repairs major kitchen appliances and related refrigeration systems.
• Diagnoses problems in kitchen appliances and performs preventive maintenance.
• Completes daily work orders and documents activities per SOPs.
• Maintains accurate preventive maintenance records and safety standards.
• Responds to emergency situations to resolve safety concerns.
• Reads blueprints and interprets gauges as needed.
