Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician to service kiosks across the Phoenix area. Starting as a Kiosk Technician, you will train with 3rd party services and support 35+ kiosks in the territory.

This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong English communication; weekends may be required. Car allowance, cellphone reimbursement, and a company gas card are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in electromechanical repair and maintenance preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar profile preferred.
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English including technical jargon.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when it goes out of order.
• New kiosk installations or swap newer kiosks in the local area.
• Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships.
