Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician in the Columbus, OH area. You will service and repair kiosks, install new units, and manage in-territory inventory while supporting store relationships.

The role emphasizes on-site work, daily travel, and strong English communication. A car allowance, cell-phone reimbursement, and a corporate gas card are provided as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English including technical jargon.

Responsibilities

• Restock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to kiosks.
• Install new kiosks or swap kiosks in the local area.
